Justin Bagatti is 15-year veteran of IT systems for business, staying on the bleeding edge of solutions like unified communications, collaboration, and multichannel inbound/outbound call center platforms. Currently, he serves as Systems Consultant for TEAMSOS, where he consults with leading enterprises to design world-class technology solutions. Prior to TEAMSOS, Justin served as IT Manager for Harris & Bruno, an international printing solutions provider. Prior to Harris & Bruno, Justin worked with a multiconcept restaurant group. He currently serves on the steering committee of the Nor Cal Contact Center Association (NCCCA), a well established networking association for call center professionals in Northern California.
