Billing Software For ISPs

If you're an Internet Service Provider (and who isn't, these days), check out the User Tracking and Accounting (UTA) billing software program from RTD Systems and Network. UTA is a Unix-based customer registration and billing system for ISPs. It also can have some use for managing internal company users.
