Storage Management
EverStor Software Replicator for Linux
Improved. EverStor Software Corp. brings its Replicator storage-management software to the open environment with a new one-to-many Linux feature. In addition to offering the ability to pull data from multiple heterogeneous computers for data replication and archiving, Replicator has features that let administrators push data to multiple local and remote storage sites from a single computer to multiple Microsoft Windows-based and Unix-based computers. Easily integrated into existing networks, the Replicator is designed to work on Linux and Sun Microsystems Solaris SPARC and Intel X86 platforms. In addition to the Replicator, everStor storage product lines include Hiarc HSM for data management and migration, designed to move data to secondary media and provide greater storage capacity for the network; and an "intelligent" robotics driver, the jb driver, for controlling tape libraries and optical jukeboxes.

Available: Now. $1,095 plus $95 per user.
