The vendors who participated in this test gave me great support and loads of attention. This isn't unusual when you work for a magazine -- as the vendors want to put their best foot forward. However, I know from my experience in a real IT job that getting a vendor's support can sometimes be like pulling your own teeth. I'd love to hear any stories that you're willing to share, either on or off the record, about your experiences with the vendors in this review.
